About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Production Officer

to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in production activities with strong exposure to

documentation for formulations and APIs

. This role requires accuracy, compliance mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

production documentation

including BMR, BPR, SOPs, deviation reports, and logbooks. Support daily production activities for

formulation and API manufacturing

. Ensure adherence to

cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols

within the production area. Coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse teams for smooth batch processing. Monitor in-process checks and ensure timely documentation and updates. Assist in preparing production plans and maintain records as per regulatory guidelines. Participate in internal audits, line clearance activities, and compliance reviews. Maintain equipment usage records and ensure proper housekeeping in production areas.

Qualifications & Skills

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc or equivalent qualification. Minimum

1 year of experience

in a pharma manufacturing plant. Good knowledge of

production documentation

for formulations and APIs. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (GMP, GDP). Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team and meet timelines effectively.
