Required Qualification/ Required Experience & Exposure:

1.M. Sc. (Organic Chemistry)

2.B. E. (Chemical)

3.Knowledge of Process, Equipment & Quality System.

At least 3 - 5 years' experience in API preferably cGMP

Basic knowledge of Computer System Operation

3.Handling & Troubleshooting of Equipment & process.

Responsible for execution of production plan using pre-approved procedures, protocols & manufacturing records to comply cGMP & EHS norms. Ensuring cleaning of area & equipment. Escalation of issues / failures to Superior. Handling DCS Operation & issues escalation in timely manner. Actively participate & support in the investigation of deviations/OOS/OOT & provide support to production for defining Corrective & Preventive Actions Actively participate in Audits: Regulatory Inspections/ Internal Audits etc. Responsible to train new joiners for on-job trainings. Looking after Tank Farm Area: Unloading & Loading of Tanker along with Planning by involving Supply Chain Team Reconciliation of Liquid RM. Creation of Purchase Orders. Batch preparations & closer with required documentations. Hands on experience of ERP & DCS System. RM Requisitions, Raw Material Dispensing. Knowledge of Quality Related Documentation like SOP, BMR, BPR, Validation & Qualification.
