Job Description

Position Summary:

To oversee and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and meet quality and output targets.

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery. Maintain production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with maintenance for timely servicing of machinery and equipment. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support implementation of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Train and supervise production operators and shop floor staff. Collaborate with other departments (quality, maintenance, supply chain) for smooth workflow.

Job Requirements

:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role. Strong knowledge of production planning and control processes. Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety practices preferred Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or related field.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
