Trident Lifeline Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic

Production Officer

to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role involves assisting in day-to-day production processes while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing production activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR). Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety measures. Monitor production operations and maintain process parameters as per specifications. Coordinate with QA, QC, and warehouse departments for material and document flow. Maintain accurate documentation and update logs for production-related activities. Support preventive maintenance, calibration, and validation of production equipment. Report production deviations and assist in investigations and corrective actions. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper gowning practices in the production area.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of GMP, documentation practices, and process controls. Ability to work in a team with good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn and adapt.

Educational Qualification:

B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)

Experience:

Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience Candidates should demonstrate a strong desire to build a career in pharmaceutical production.
