Job Description

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Authenticating & collecting Daily production reports.

Follow-up of prod. Dept. Emails/phone calls.

Keeping accountability of all deputed activities to responsible persons on the Packaging-shop floor.

Managing Manpower utilization.

Managing Online samples to Qc/parties as and when required.

Keeping Vigilance/record on each material movement in Packaging plant.

Checking and authenticating of stock entries on the system.

Entering Production data in the system as per Guidelines.

Adherence to the standards as per management guidelines.

Manage Data feeding in the system as per production reports.

Activities as and when Required by Management.

Preparing and verifying breakdown & Preventive maintenance data.
