Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Production Officer

for our

Water-Based Paint Division

at our manufacturing facility in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge in chemical processes and prior experience (preferred) in water-based paint or emulsion production.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities for water-based paint products Ensure proper mixing, batching, and quality control Monitor raw material usage and maintain production records Coordinate with R&D, quality control, and store departments Follow all safety protocols and SOPs Troubleshoot process-related issues and minimize downtime

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Paint Technology 0-2 years of experience (experience in water-based paint preferred) Knowledge of production equipment, emulsions, and paint formulation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

Full-time, Day Shift Monday to Saturday
