Oversee the manufacturing process, including mixing raw materials and filling products (liquids, ointments, tablets, capsules) into primary packaging.
Ensure compliance with Master Batch Records (MBR) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, speed, pressure, and fill volume.
Operate and set up equipment, including mixers, stirrers, and filling machines
Oversee secondary packaging operations, ensuring accurate labeling, coding, and carton packaging.
Coordinate the use of packaging materials (vials, ampoules, labels, cartons) to meet production schedules
Maintain online documentation, including logbooks, batch records, and cleaning records.
Record and report any deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities to higher management
