Job Description

Supervise Manufacturing:

Oversee the mixing, granulation, or preparation of raw materials, ensuring adherence to the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).

In-Process Checks:

Perform and monitor critical process parameters (CPPs) during mixing to ensure uniformity and quality.

Material Handling:

Ensure correct, weighed raw materials are utilized, and manage the transfer of bulk products to the filling stage

Machine Operation:

Supervise the operation of automatic/semi-automatic filling machines (liquid, powder, or tablet).

Parameter Control:

Ensure proper filling, sealing, and capping of containers according to weight/volume specifications.

Aseptic Compliance:

Ensure sterility and safety standards are maintained in the filling area (if in pharmaceutical injectables)

Line Clearance:

Ensure proper line clearance before and after packing operations to prevent cross-contamination.

Quality Inspection:

Monitor the packing process to ensure correct batch coding, labeling, carton packing, and sealing.

Efficiency Management:

Monitor packing equipment to minimize downtime and reduce product waste

Batch Record Maintenance:

Accurately fill out, review, and approve Batch Production Records (BPR), Packing Records, and logbooks.

SOP Adherence:

Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all activities.

Audit Readiness:

Ensure the production area and documentation are prepared for regulatory audits
