Job Description

We are a growing menswear garment brand specializing in bottom wear and trend-focused apparel. We are expanding our production merchandising team and looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end production merchandising operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

production merchandising

for menswear bottom wear from sample stage to bulk production. Create & manage

T&A calendars

to ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery. Coordinate with

design, sampling, production, fabric & trim teams

for smooth workflow. Monitor

PP meetings, fits, sample approvals, costing, BOM, PO issuance

, and production follow-ups. Liaison with

vendors, mills, factories, and washing units

to ensure quality and on-time output. Track

material status, production progress

, and resolve bottlenecks proactively. Ensure accurate

production planning, WIP tracking, and daily reporting

. Implement process improvements, reduce delays, and maintain production efficiency. Control

quality parameters, shipment approvals

, and ensure compliance with brand standards. Lead and guide the merchandising team for productivity and accountability.

Requirements

6-12 years of experience in

menswear garment production merchandising

, especially

bottom wear

. Strong understanding of

fabric, trims, garment construction, washing, and sourcing

. Hands-on experience with

vendor management, T&A planning, costing, and approvals

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and production tracking tools.
