:

1. To Plan, Feed, and monitor every stage of the Production process (from fabrics & trim availability to dispatch).

2. Master Planning and T&A for cutting, stitcing completion, finishing/QC, packing and dispatch.

3. Material Flow Management to ensure sufficient fabric trims, accessories in house before loading to job workers/factories.

4. Plan lot wise fabric/trim issuances to factory, job workers (avoiding stoppage or lead time).

5. Co-ordinatw with sourcing and packaging merchandisers to pre-empt shortages.

6. Allocation of work to job workers and factory as per thorough planning.

7. Review daily progress against planned output.

8. Cross-Departmental alignment, planning with sales teams for production.

9. Meets and demand and supply targets.

10. Prepare daily production status dashboards (style-wise, factory-wise) on excel.

11. Key documents to handle: Master TNA, Fabric & Trims inward V/s Issue report, factory/job worker loading plan.

Job Specifications:

1. Expertise in Planning and Management.

2. Ability to work under pressure.

3. Ability to deliver idea and methods to pace production.

4. Working Days: Monday to Saturday
5. Working Hours: 10am to 7pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
