Production Merchandiser
to join our team and oversee end-to-end merchandising operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of merchandising in collaboration with senior management.
Oversee merchandising for in-house private labels, including purchase orders, barcoding, and uploading product data and images to internal systems.
Coordinate delivery schedules and manage order returns from retail stores.
Supervise garment alterations received from outlets.
Handle stock distribution and replenishment across store locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve production and supply chain issues promptly.
Track product and store sales performance, preparing weekly reports for senior leadership.
Conduct regular store visits to review visual merchandising, gather team feedback, and monitor customer experience.
Train store teams on new product launches and collections.
Plan and execute bi-monthly engagement activities for store teams.
Collect and review periodic inventory reports from store locations.
Manage inventory and order processing for the e-commerce store.
Respond to customer inquiries and social media messages related to products.
Coordinate product availability for marketing and advertising campaigns.
Follow up with store managers for regular updates and reports.
Prepare weekly visual merchandising decks using store photos.
Liaise monthly with vendors for window displays.
Maintain adequate stock of packaging, stationery, display materials, and in-store branding elements.
Ensure timely weekly stock replenishment for all stores.
Qualifications & Skills
2-4 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in women's wear).
Strong understanding of India's retail fashion industry.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in reporting.
Comfortable managing both offline and digital merchandising functions.
Proficient in
MS Office
(Excel and PowerPoint a must) and
ERP system
.
