Key Responsibilities

Time & Action (TNA) Planning:

Develop, maintain, and track TNA calendars to ensure timely movement at each production stage--sampling, bulk production, approvals, and shipment

Costing & Pricing:

Accurately calculate fabric consumption, trims, CMT, value-added processes (printing, embroidery), testing, logistics, and margins to prepare detailed cost sheets.

Fabric & Trim Coordination:

Liaise with sourcing teams and vendors to execute fabric, woven material, and trim orders. Approve fabric, print/embroidery samples, and ensure quality meets buyer specifications

Buyer Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact for buyers. Manage communications via email, phone, or meetings; handle sample approvals, TNA updates, and any clarifications.

Production Coordination & Quality Control:

Coordinate with production units, quality control, and suppliers to oversee sampling, pilot runs, and full-scale production. Ensure quality and delivery timelines are met.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

3-5 years in production/export merchandising, preferably with woven garment experience.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of TNA processes, costing principles, and fabric/trim sourcing. Familiarity with woven garment production workflows.

Communication:

Excellent in buyer correspondence, especially via email and phone.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
