Act as a bridge between the production Team and the Sales Merchants.
o
Understand and communicate the Respective Order requirements, specifications, and quality standards to the production team and conduct PP Meeting for the respective orders.
o
Communicate proactively with both Sales Merchants and internal teams to address and resolve problems efficiently.
Order Management & Production Planningo
Develop and maintain production schedules (TNA) in cordination with the Production manager to meet delivery deadlines.
o
Documentation & Dispatch
o
Facilitate the shipping and logistics process to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
