Dear Folks,

We have immediate requirement for Production Merchandiser.

Key responsibilities

Product development:

Lead the development of new product lines from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.

Technical specification:

Work with designers to create detailed specification (tech) packs, which include technical parameters, fabric details, and design sketches required for manufacturing.

Sampling:

Manage the entire sampling process, from initial proto samples to final approvals, ensuring that the product meets all quality and fit standards.

Costing and pricing:

Perform costings to ensure profitability targets are met and help establish competitive pricing strategies.

Sourcing:

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for fabric and material sourcing and purchase order preparation.

Quality control:

Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the final product meets the brand's quality standards.

Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact between buyers, designers, and the production team, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow.
Required skills and qualifications

Strong understanding of the entire product development lifecycle, from design to manufacturing. Excellent knowledge of fabrics, sampling techniques, costing, and quality control. Trend analysis and forecasting skills to inform product development decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
