Tech (Garment Technology & Design) Job Summary: As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of best-quality garments. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from raw material sourcing to final product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the garment industry and a proven track record of improving production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and meeting production targets. This role also includes vendor and fabricator management. Key Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Organizing the production planning of products and managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring that production schedules are met. \xc3\x98 Preparation of Cost sheets, BOM Sheets, and T&A for the production process. \xc3\x98 Ensure that all materials & trims are available for production and that they meet the required quality standards. \xc3\x98 Develop and implement production schedules to meet timely demands, while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime. \xc3\x98 Should possess strong relationships and contacts with vendors specializing in knits and woven fabrics in and around Delhi NCR. \xc3\x98 Take charge of production costs and budget to ensure cost-effectiveness. \xc3\x98 Ensure that all products meet the best quality standards. This includes inspecting samples, conducting quality tests, and identifying any defects or issues that need to be addressed. \xc3\x98 Create reports and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.
