Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to meet client specifications and deadlines.
Prepare and present seasonal product lines and collections to clients under the guidance of his/her reporting manager.
Order Management:
Ensure proper documentation for all export orders, including invoices, packing lists, and shipment details.
Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address client queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Knowledge of costings
Software & Technical Skills:
Utilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for design presentations and technical sheets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
Should handle tech packs, samples, production grids, BOMs, and buyer communication.
Proficient with computer and hand on ERP/ SAP.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in leather goods and accessories designing & Merchandising from the reupdated institute.
Good communication verbal and mail-writing skills
Experience:
Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience as a merchandiser in Leather Bags.
Salary Budget:
INR 60K to 70K CTC Per Month.
Noida-based Unit.
