- Production Merchandiser (4-5 Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced

Production Merchandiser

who can independently manage end-to-end production and ensure smooth execution of orders. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple styles simultaneously, and take complete responsibility for quality checks and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently handle the

entire production process

from order confirmation to final dispatch. Coordinate with vendors, sampling teams, fabric/trim suppliers, and production units to ensure

timely execution

. Maintain

fluent communication

with clients and internal teams regarding approvals, updates, and delivery timelines. Take full responsibility for

quality inspections

at all production stages (inline, midline, and final). Monitor production flow, identify problems early, and ensure corrective action is taken. Prepare and maintain production sheets, T&A calendars, and follow-ups to meet deadlines. Ensure all materials, trims, and accessories arrive on time and meet required standards. Work closely with QA teams to ensure

zero-defect shipments

. Assist in costing, pricing, and order planning whenever required. Ensure smooth coordination between sampling ? production ? finishing ? packaging.

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience

in production merchandising (preferably in apparel/garments). Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, printing, dyeing, and garment construction. Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously. Proactive, responsible, and capable of managing production independently.
