A proactive and technically skilled Production Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in managing manufacturing activities, ensuring product quality, and maintaining machine performance. Capable of supporting high-speed production environments, performing mechanical inspections, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day production processes to ensure smooth operations and timely achievement of targets.
2. Perform mechanical inspections, quality checks, and testing to maintain product standards.
3. Support preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to enhance equipment reliability.
4. Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
5. Evaluate machine efficiency, identify faults, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
6. Maintain accurate production logs, documentation, and equipment maintenance records.
7. Assist in machine installation, alignment, calibration, and operational setup.
8. Apply mechanical engineering knowledge to improve workflow, reduce downtime, and optimize processes.
9. Use SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and ANSYS for part modeling, design review, and mechanical troubleshooting.
10. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
