Job Summary:

1. To assist the Sr. Master.

2. Allot work to the Karigars if told.

3. Help karigar when they are stitching the pieces.

4. Alter pieces according to the desired measurement and explain the karigars to do the alteration.

5. Should know or have knowledge of basic pattern making.

6. In the absence of Sr. master he needs to take the lead.

7. Help Sr. master with making and cutting of the design.

8. Checking pieces after made by the Karigar.
