BRIXAT Automation & Solutions LLP is a growing technology-driven startup providing automated solutions for various industries. With our focus on innovation, precision, and quality, we are now expanding into manufacturing operations to strengthen our in-house capabilities and scale effectively.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Production & Manufacturing Lead who will be responsible for establishing and managing BRIXAT's new manufacturing division. This role is ideal for a professional with technical expertise and the ability to design, set up, and streamline manufacturing processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage the company's first manufacturing operations.

- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fabrication, assembly, and testing of automation equipment (flow meters, valves, and related systems).

- Coordinate with design/engineering teams to translate concepts into scalable manufacturing processes.

- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships for raw materials, components, and machining work.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and implement best practices in quality assurance.

- Supervise, train, and lead shop-floor technicians and workers.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.

- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Production Engineering (Master's preferred but not mandatory).

- 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing/production setup, preferably in industrial automation, instrumentation, or fluid-based equipment industries.

- Proven track record of setting up or scaling production lines.

- Strong understanding of fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing processes.

- Working knowledge of ISO quality standards and compliance requirements.

- Ability to manage a team of technicians and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

- Hands-on approach, with problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a startup/fast-growing environment.
