To lead and manage the end-to-end manufacturing operations of LT Control Panels, ensuring

on-time delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and continual improvement in

manufacturing practices.

Leadership and team management skills


Familiarity with ISO 9001 and electrical safety standards


Ability to handle pressure and meet delivery timelines
