PRODUCTION MANAGER(SHEETMETAL & FABRICATION)

Qualification: DME or B. Tech / B.E. Mech (Male candidates only) Experience : 15 to 18 years in manufacturing industries Experience in Production Planning and controlling with equipment manufacturing industry must, Excellent in man management & Communication Experience in Machining, Fabrication, Assembly & Sheet metal, Welding knowledge is must(TIG, MIG, ARC)and Paint shop Experience in Supply chain Management (QCD) . Experience & Knowledge Problem Solving, Man Power Management, Quality Analyses-RCA / CAPA , Skill in Staffs & Workers Selection, Employees Engagement with Training & Motivation Leading & Driving team for Good Quality & On time delivery outcome , Lead CFT Team Proactive Approach -Quality & On time delivery with Optimal cost , Continual Improvement in Quality , Cost & Delivery , Ensuring -External & Internal Customer Satisfaction, Reduce Operating Cost & Speed-up Inventory Turn Ratio... Good in team handling, Decision making skill, Presentation skills. Experience in AS 9100 Rev D & SAP added advantage Immediate joiners are preferable with attractive salary. Location Coimbatore
