Workforce Management \xef\x82\xb7 Divide responsibilities and tasks across the team to make production more efficient \xef\x82\xb7 Motivate employees to continually achieve factory targets \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor employees to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Strengthen multiskilling of plant staff \xef\x82\xb7 Resolve issues and disputes between manufacturing employees \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers Qualifications & Experience \xef\x82\xb7 Any bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 5-10 years of manufacturing experience. Previous experience as Production Manager will be preferred. 2 \xef\x82\xb7 Should have experience to manage a team including staff and operators in previous roles. \xef\x82\xb7 Hands-on experience with production management \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Production methods and processes, QC/QA, Maintenance/Utilities/Tool room & Supply Chain Management, Budgeting etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Team player with an ability to collaborate with employees to deliver \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of industry best practices and exposure to the production industry and professionals \xef\x82\xb7 Quick learner with proven ability to learn how to operate different machines and processes involved in the production process \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts \xef\x82\xb7 Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent organizational and leadership skills \xef\x82\xb7 Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. \xef\x82\xb7 Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
