Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and control all stages of pharmaceutical production. Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines. Develop and implement production schedules to meet market demand. Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring training and performance development. Monitor daily production activities, equipment utilization, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to quality standards and collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment. Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards. Prepare and maintain production reports, batch manufacturing records, and documentation. Coordinate with supply chain, R&D, and other departments for smooth operations. Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
