A Pharma Production Manager oversees daily manufacturing, ensuring products meet strict quality (cGMP) and safety (EHS) standards, managing teams, optimizing schedules, controlling costs, and handling documentation
Key Responsibilities-
: Schedule daily/weekly production, manage resources (materials, manpower), and execute plans to meet targets efficiently. : Enforce cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines (ICH, CDSCO), monitor batch records, and ensure quality control for APIs or formulations. : Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, set performance goals, and manage team development.
