Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager from the fashion or garment manufacturing industry to manage end-to-end production operations for our T-shirt manufacturing unit. The role involves order checking, production planning, monitoring daily output, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources to meet client delivery timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process client orders including quantities, styles, sizes, colors, and delivery timelines

Plan and monitor daily production activities to ensure timely completion of orders

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to maximize productivity

Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing teams

Track production status and ensure on-time delivery of orders

Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions

Maintain production records, efficiency reports, and delivery schedules

Ensure adherence to quality standards as per buyer requirements

Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for smooth order shipments

Communicate order status and production updates to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in garment / fashion / textile manufacturing (preferably T-shirt production)

Strong understanding of garment production processes

Ability to check, plan, and execute orders efficiently

Good leadership and team-handling skills

Fluent communication in English and Hindi

Basic computer knowledge (production tracking, reports, Excel preferred)

Problem-solving and time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
