prepare a production plan in coordination with the sales and design team
coordinate with the purchase team on raw materials. guiding purchase department for scheduling as the production plan
prepare process flow, and work instructions and continuously update the sales, design, and management on the progress of the project
managing project deliverables in line with the project plan and review of drawings and specifications for any queries and clarifications essential for production
ensure production targets are met within the constraints of the budget and optimum production is achieved
ensure that the installations manufactured are of consistent quality
highlight technical issues and recommend probable solutions to the sales, design and management
analyze root cause for the rejections and the rework, customer feedback and ensure the systems are in place to prevent the reoccurrence
measure the cycle time and reduce the same to improve production
