Key Responsibilities:Strategic Production Leadership
Develop and execute long-term production strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including SMT, PCB assembly, testing, and final assembly.
Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
Team & Operations Management
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary production team including supervisors, engineers, and operators.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Manage workforce planning, training, and succession development.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring production issues.
Continuously evaluate and improve production layouts, line balancing, and workflow efficiency.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to industry quality standards (e.g., IPC, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 if applicable).
Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and R&D teams to ensure new products are smoothly transitioned into production.
Oversee regulatory compliance (e.g., RoHS, ESD protocols, environmental standards).
Technology & Automation Integration
Identify opportunities for production automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Oversee equipment upgrades, maintenance schedules, and new machinery commissioning.
Cost & Resource Management
Develop and manage production budgets, cost control initiatives, and resource utilization.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to prevent bottlenecks or shortages.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
Minimum 15 years of experience
in electronics manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
Strong experience with high-volume or high-reliability electronics manufacturing (e.g., automotive, medical, telecom, or industrial electronics).
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and production analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
