Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Production Manager specializing in diamond jewellery at Treya Diamonds, located in Thrissur. The Production Manager will oversee the diamond jewellery manufacturing process from design conception to final product. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising teams, ensuring quality control for flawless products, and adhering to international standards. The role requires maintaining coordination between designers, craftsmen, and quality control teams to create unique, high-quality jewellery that aligns with customer expectations and brand values.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of diamond and gemstone characteristics, including grading, cutting, and craftsmanship
Experience in production management, production scheduling, and team supervision
Understanding of jewellery design processes, manufacturing techniques, and quality control standards
Organizational and leadership skills to efficiently manage teams and ensure timely product delivery
Ability to maintain high product quality while adhering to international standards
Proficient communication skills for effective collaboration with design, manufacturing, and quality teams
Prior experience in the diamond or jewellery industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous
