Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations and workflow Plan, schedule & manage production to meet targets Ensure quality control and timely delivery Manage manpower and coordinate with other departments Maintain production records and ensure smooth processes Monitor machinery, safety standards & compliance

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in production Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage teams and production deadlines Knowledge of production processes and quality standard

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
