A well-established lifestyle and fashion manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations. The role involves managing production planning, vendor coordination, quality control, manpower supervision, timelines, and cost efficiency across multiple product lines within the apparel and lifestyle segment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production activities
Ensure quality standards and timely order execution
Oversee stitching, finishing, sourcing, and dispatch workflows
Coordinate with design, merchandising, and procurement teams
Manage factory staff, productivity, and reporting
Control wastage, budgeting, and compliance
Requirements
5+ years of experience in apparel/lifestyle manufacturing
Strong knowledge of production planning, factory operations, and quality systems
Leadership skills and team-handling experience
Kolkata-based candidates preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
