Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven

Production Manager

to oversee the entire manufacturing process and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and with high quality. The role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing activities, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery to meet customer requirements and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely completion of targets. Coordinate with departments like

Quality Control, Dispatch

etc. for smooth operations. Monitor production output, efficiency, and quality to ensure adherence to standards. Prepare and maintain production reports, shift summaries, and performance metrics. Ensure

Test Certificates (TCs)

, QC records, and production documentation are properly managed and submitted. Analyze production data to identify process improvements and minimize waste or downtime. Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping within the production area. Supervise and train production staff, ensuring proper manpower allocation across shifts. Ensure equipment maintenance schedules are followed in coordination with the maintenance team. Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities. Work closely with senior management for production planning, cost control, and process optimization. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering

(or related field). Minimum

3 years of experience

in a manufacturing or industrial production environment. Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. Good knowledge of

production planning, process control, and quality systems

. Proficiency in

MS Office

and familiarity with

ERP or production management software

. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of safety, compliance, and documentation practices in production.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
