Job Overview:
The Production Head will lead the production department, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing of various appliances. This role involves strategic planning, process management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning:
Develop and implement production plans to meet demand forecasts and optimize resource utilization.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet design specifications and industry standards.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate production staff, ensuring effective training, performance evaluation, and adherence to safety protocols.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordination:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 8 years in production management within the industry or a similar manufacturing sector.
Skills:
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with production planning and quality management systems.
