Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our electronics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in EMS processes, SMT technology, and quality systems, ensuring efficient production and adherence to global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage production activities across multiple electronics manufacturing projects
Oversee SMT, back-end assembly, and testing operations
Ensure process excellence in solder paste application, reflow and wave soldering profiling
Implement ESD precautions and manage PCB marking protocols
Supervise stencil development and utilization using Gerber files
Program and maintain Pick and Place machines, SPI, and AOI systems
Drive cycle time reduction, cost optimization, and profitability analysis
Maintain compliance with QMS standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
Uphold EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) management systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality output
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering (B.Tech/B.E)
10 -15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in EMS
Strong technical knowledge of SMT processes and equipment
Proven ability to manage production teams and deliver results
Familiarity with international quality and environmental standards
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
