Maadhu Creatives wants to hire an experienced Production Manager who can manage production activities at the Mumbai facility. The role includes developing the production scheduling plan and also involves planning and coordinating the activities of different teams and departments in order to produce the highest quality model making and manufacturing projects delivered on time.


The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on production knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining efficiency, quality, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules Allocate manpower, materials, and timelines across multiple projects Supervise production teams, team leaders, and workshop staff Ensure models are produced as per approved drawings, dimensions, and quality standards Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Project Management, and Senior Leadership teams Monitor material usage and inventory to minimize wastage Conduct quality checks and approve final outputs before dispatch Maintain production reports, timelines, and documentation Implement SOPs, ensure workshop safety, and suggest process improvements Train, mentor, and support skill development of team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience in production management (fabrication or manufacturing preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of production processes, materials, and tools Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fabrication, model-making, or manufacturing industries Ability to understand design drawings and material specifications Knowledge of quality control systems and workshop management
