Solar Panel - Production Supervisor

Qualifications: B.tech/Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering

Experience -4- 5yrs

Salary -35k-50k

Location- Delhi/NCR, Near Kaushambi metro station

Candidate should be from Solar Panel manufacturing company. Candidate must Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure the manufacturing of solar panels meets production targets, quality standards, and deadlines. Supervise and optimize the solar panel production process, including cell stringing, lamination, and module assembly. The candidate should have leadership qualities, supervise staff while production is ongoing, and organize and monitor workflows. Candidate must have Strong understanding of solar panel production processes, machinery, and materials. The candidate should be able to handle the production staff, like technicians and laborers, and ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly. Candidate must have Knowledge of quality control standards and lean manufacturing practices. Candidate must have Experience with production planning and scheduling. Candidate can identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall production output.

Pay: ?17,929.84 - ?68,930.32 per month
