Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Production Manager

to oversee and manage the end-to-end manufacturing process of three-wheeler EVs and go-karts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, team leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in automotive production.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes for three-wheelers and go-karts. Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and timelines. Lead a team of technicians and engineers across assembly, fabrication, and testing. Monitor the production schedule and adjust as needed to optimize efficiency. Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Manage inventory of materials, tools, and components. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Troubleshoot issues on the shop floor and implement corrective actions. Prepare production reports and present updates to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in electric vehicles or small-format vehicles (3-wheelers, go-karts, etc.). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and industrial safety. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Familiarity with production software, tools, and modern manufacturing techniques

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
