Industry: FIBC Manufacturing (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Undergraduate (MSW, MBA, BE). Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in any manufacturing industry (textiles, garments, assembly, packing, etc.). FIBC-specific experience not required.

Skills:

Good Communication, Team management, and Basic production planning skills.

Personal Criteria:

Married woman with children above 5th grade, based in or willing to relocate to Tuticorin.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily sewing & finishing operations (spout attachment, liner insertion, webbing, final QC). Assign tasks to sewing operators and finishing teams, ensuring daily targets are met. Maintain product quality in line with customer specifications. Monitor production timelines and reduce delays through effective planning. Report daily production and any operational issues to senior management. Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Motivate and train staff to improve performance and efficiency.
