We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Production Manager

to oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Adibatla facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, quality standards, manpower management, and timely delivery while maintaining safety and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets Monitor daily production schedules and optimize manpower, machines, and materials Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Purchase, and Stores departments Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation Handle workforce management including shift planning, training, and performance monitoring Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Resolve production-related issues and implement corrective actions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing/production management Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control Experience in handling shop-floor operations and manpower Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ERP/MIS systems is an advantage

Preferred Industry Experience:

Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Production
