: Ensure all products meet established quality standards and that all operations comply with food safety and health regulations.

Operations and maintenance

: Oversee the maintenance of production equipment, ensure hygienic conditions, and implement company policies and procedures.

Resource management

: Assess and manage resource requirements, such as raw materials, and approve purchases for equipment.

Process improvement

: Identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
