Job description:

We are hiring a Production Manager to lead our steel fabrication and sheet metal works. The role needs someone with hands-on experience in mechanical engineering and strong leadership skills to manage production and quality.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage daily production of structural steel and sheet metal.

? Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet deadlines.

? Handle manpower planning and ensure smooth team coordination.

? Maintain quality standards through Quality Management Systems (QMS).

? Interpret and work with AutoCAD drawings.

? Prepare production reports and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

? Age: 40-45 years.

? 5-8 years of experience in structural steel or sheet metal production.

? Knowledge of QMS and ISO quality procedures.

? Skills in MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD drawing reading.

? Good communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
