Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight:

Manage the entire production process of PEB components, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

Team Supervision:

Lead, guide, and supervise the production team, including supervisors, operators, and technicians, to achieve daily and monthly production targets.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure strict compliance with quality standards at all stages of production, implementing corrective actions wherever required.

Production Planning:

Develop and monitor production schedules, optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, and materials), and ensure on-time delivery.

Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks in production processes and implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety norms, statutory requirements, and company safety policies.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of projects.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain production records, generate reports on productivity, downtime, and resource utilization, and present them to senior management.

Requirements

Education:

ITI (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical) / Degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years in PEB industry production (candidates with higher experience will be preferred for managerial level).

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of PEB manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment. Problem-solving ability with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
