Job Description

We are an e-commerce uniform and apparel company seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Production Manager

to oversee daily production operations, manage workflows, and ensure orders are completed accurately, on time, and to quality standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that works closely with warehouse, printing, embroidery, and dispatch teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Coordination

Plan and schedule daily production based on order volume and deadlines Coordinate printing, embroidery, and finishing workflows Prioritise urgent and high-value orders to meet dispatch timelines Ensure smooth handover between design, production, and dispatch teams
Team Management

Supervise factory and production staff Allocate tasks and monitor productivity Train team members on production processes and quality standards Ensure workplace safety and discipline on the production floor
Quality Control

Ensure all products meet approved mock-ups and customer specifications Conduct quality checks before dispatch Reduce reprints, errors, and wastage Handle production issues and implement corrective actions
Inventory & Materials

Monitor stock levels of garments, inks, threads, and consumables Coordinate with inventory staff to prevent stock shortages Ensure correct garments are issued for each job
Reporting & Communication

Provide daily production status updates Flag delays, issues, or risks early Coordinate closely with customer service and management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
