Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager at the Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, located in Coimbatore. The Production Manager will oversee the planning and execution of media production projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring project delivery within budget and deadlines. Responsibilities include supervising the production team, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production standards. Additionally, the role will involve managing technical equipment, coordinating with other departments, and implementing innovative production strategies to meet the media objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in media production processes, including audio and video editing, content creation, and production scheduling Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and coordinate production teams Experience with technical media production tools and equipment Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Media Production, Media Management, or a related field Relevant experience in media production, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role Knowledge of current trends and technologies in the media industry Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
