Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations within our furniture and interiors division. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, and collaborate closely with design, procurement, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day production activities Coordinate with design and interiors teams to understand project requirements Supervise manufacturing schedules, workflows, and timelines Ensure quality control standards are met throughout production Manage materials, vendors, and subcontractors as needed Monitor production costs and minimize waste Resolve production issues and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Required Skills:

Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and interior production processes Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications Basic understanding of materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques Problem-solving and time-management abilities

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in furniture, interiors, or manufacturing coordination

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
