Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
based on order priorities.
Supervise all
production units
, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing sections.
Monitor
production flow, manpower allocation, and line efficiency
to meet targets.
Ensure
fabric, trims, and accessories
are available before production starts.
Coordinate closely with
merchandising, sourcing, and quality departments
for timely order completion.
Implement
production control systems
and monitor output to achieve maximum efficiency.
Review
production reports, WIP (Work In Progress)
, and address bottlenecks immediately.
Maintain high standards of
quality, productivity, and cost control

Monitor and improve
line balancing, skill training, and worker performance

Conduct
daily production meetings
to track progress and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with

Train and develop
