Job Description

:

Oversee end-to-end

production operations

for stainless steel utensil manufacturing. Manage all stages -

sheet cutting, pressing, welding, polishing, and packaging

. Ensure

optimum utilization

of manpower, machinery, and materials. Maintain strict

quality control

and adherence to ISO / BIS standards. Supervise

press, spinning, buffing, and polishing machines

; coordinate maintenance. Lead and train supervisors, operators, and technicians for efficient workflow. Drive

Lean / 5S / Kaizen

initiatives for process improvement and waste reduction. Prepare daily and monthly

production and performance reports

for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.Tech in

Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

. 5-8 years' experience in

stainless steel / metal utensil or sheet metal fabrication

. Strong knowledge of

press shop, polishing, and finishing processes

. Skilled in

production planning, manpower management, and ERP/SAP systems

. Excellent

leadership, analytical, and communication

abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
