Role: Production Manager

Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely processes. Manage print and packaging production to meet quality, ISO standards, and buyer specifications. Monitor workflow, equipment, and resources to optimize productivity and reduce downtime. Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve set targets while maintaining a safe working environment. Ensure all machinery is well-maintained, serviced, and calibrated to maintain optimal performance and product quality. Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, supply chain, and other departments to achieve production goals. Analyze production metrics, KPIs, and data to identify improvement opportunities and implement efficiency measures. Maintain administrative records, including production logs, MIS reports, and cost monitoring. Drive continuous operational excellence, cost control, and process improvement initiatives. Demonstrate expertise in offset printing, color management, and packaging processes. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outsourced processes when required.
