Role Overview
We are looking for a
Production Manager
with hands-on experience in product manufacturing. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end production process -- ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee the daily production activities of the factory.
Ensure production schedules are met with optimal use of manpower and materials.
Supervise the preparation, mixing, and packaging processes of herbal products (soaps, oils, creams, serums, etc.).
Maintain production quality as per GMP, ISO, and internal quality standards.
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for raw material planning.
Ensure equipment maintenance and workplace safety.
Maintain production documentation and batch records.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
Lead and train production staff for consistent performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experiance in any Manufacturing production or related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in manufacturing, preferably in herbal or cosmetic products.
Strong knowledge of
production planning, quality control, and process management.
Excellent
leadership and communication
skills.
Ability to handle multiple production lines and manage workforce efficiently.
Familiarity with
GMP and safety standards
in cosmetic manufacturing.
