Experience:

5 - 8 Years in production management within polymer / woven sacks / FIBC manufacturing industry.

Qualification:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production activities in line with company targets. Monitor and manage all production processes including looms, extrusion, lamination, twisting, and finishing. Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements. Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, and raw materials) to achieve production efficiency. Supervise and train production staff, assign responsibilities, and evaluate performance. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with the maintenance team. Track production output, downtime, rejection, and wastage while ensuring continuous improvement. Drive initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices to improve productivity. Collaborate with the Sales & Planning team to align production with customer requirements and delivery timelines. Lead new development projects and trials for product innovations. Ensure safe and compliant delivery of finished goods to customers. Maintain accurate production records and prepare management reports.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer, or Production Engineering. Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in production management within polymer / woven sacks / FIBC manufacturing industry. Strong technical knowledge of looms, extrusion, lamination, twisting, and FIBC production processes. Proven experience in team handling, production planning, and process optimization. Familiarity with

ISO standards (9001, 14001), BRC compliance, and quality systems

. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
